Delivery and Returns
All products are delivered free of charge.
Please allow 30 days for your delivery. Most items I have in stock and are dispatched within a few days. But the odd items does have to be made to order.
Email notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
UK orders are usually delivered the day after they are dispatched.
Delivery of European and US orders normally takes between 1 and 7 days, from dispatch.
International orders are normally delivered between 2 and 10 days from dispatch.
All items delivered within the UK will be dispatched free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, a next day signed for service.
Delivery to European and International destinations is also free of charge and will be sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for service.
Customers should be aware that these services require goods to be signed for in person upon delivery.
Buyers outside the UK should note they may be liable for customs duties on their purchases. For more information of these charges please contact the customs authority in your country of residence.
All jewellery is dispatched in a branded midnight blue jewellery box.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please return it within 14 days in its original box for a full refund (excluding postage).
We recommend that returns are made via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. We accept no responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Cost of return postage is to be borne by the customer.
Items bought at retail outlets must be returned to the place of purchase.
If goods are defective or faulty please contact us within 7 days of your purchase providing details of any problems.

If items are damaged due to a manufacturing default we will repair the jewellery at no extra cost provided it is returned to us within 6 months of purchase. Repairs can be made after six months but will incur a cost.
