About
Faith Tavender designs and handmakes modern jewellery for men and women in sterling silver, gold and 22ct gold plate in her London Studio.
Graduating with a BA (Hons) Degree in Jewellery and Silversmithing from The School of Art, London Metropolitan University, Faith set up her own business and has been making high quality jewellery for selected Galleries and Boutiques for 25 years. Her collections have sold in some of the world's best stores: Paul Smith-London, Agete-Japan and Barney's-New York.
Faith is inspired by nature from her childhood home of Tasmania, her love of ancient Greek jewellery and museum artefacts from around the world.
Feminine and elegant collections for women incorporate highly decorative floral charms with pretty semi precious beads. Inspired by nature Faith has explored the textural qualities of silver and gold with geometrical shapes and surface patterns creating tactile jewellery collections. Producing elegant and unique jewellery with ranges of rings, cufflinks and necklaces.
All Faith Tavender jewellery is handmade ethically in a small studio with recycled metal used wherever possible. I try to avoid using single use plastic and I recycle as much as I can. I am continually striving to build a sustainable business.
Faith’s jewellery has been worn by Robbie Williams and Louise Rednapp and featured in Magazines such as Red, Marie-Claire, Arena, The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph, Retail Jeweller and GQ.
